I found the location perfect. it is very close to the train station and major attractions. everything is within a short walk. the staff were amazing. Attila güneş deserves special mention for his kindness and support.
The mattresses could be a little more comfortable. we also noticed no real curtains to get the room completely dark at night. There was always some light from outside.

I found the location unbeatable. It was a short walk to the central train station. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Staff stored my luggage after checkout, which allowed me to continue exploring freely.
I experienced a delay in receiving an invoice after checkout. I had to follow up multiple times to obtain it.

The location was AMAZING, really close to the train station. The staff left a bottle of sparkling wine in my room since it was my husband's birthday. The service felt really good. I felt welcomed. The hotel had easy access from the airport. The train ride was very straightforward.
The shower was intermittent, and it was either freezing or scolding hot. I did not enjoy it.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the attractions.
I was annoyed that the room smelled like cigarettes, and i found hair all over the place, even on the clean towels. We had to ask to switch rooms, so this was very frustrating, and the hotel clearly does not remove any dust from anywhere, like in the breakfast area.

faulty temperature controlpeeling bathtub
I was excited for my stay but several issues arose. The temperature control in the room didn't seem to work properly. It was very stuffy. Opening the windows let in a lot of noise. The bathtub seemed dated. The coating was to be peeling. These problems affected my overall opinion.
